BRB SILICONE FACTORY

A silicone manufacturing plant development on a 4.0 acre site consisting of a single storey warehouse, 2-storey office building, plant shed, distillation tower, chimney, associated open steel structures and ancillary buildings for industrial use. The warehouse is a 2-bay portal frame of 26.5m span at each bay. The distillation tower has a total height of 36.5m. Two structural schemes were proposed for the distillation tower for value engineering purposes.
