A can manufacturing plant development on a 16.3-acre site consisting of a single storey factory, 2-storey office building, 2 storage units, LPG storeroom, 2 distribution foyers and ancillary buildings for industrial use. The factory is a 2-bay portal frame of 30.0m span at each bay. The factory has a total height of 30.5m. Two structural schemes were proposed for the factory for value engineering purposes.
