An 800,000sqft (160-units) 2-3 storey commercial shop lots development in RC construction. The superstructure consists of RC two-way spanning slabs and RC beams with narrow concrete columns hidden within architectural partitions. The lateral stability system consists of concrete cores for a robust and laterally stiff commercial building designed to BS8110.
